We work diligently to assure that your donation is secured while providing exactly the level of sponsorship or ticket purchases that you intended. In the event of an error or an emergency we will work to credit you as seamlessly as possible up to a week prior to the event. Actual Sponsorships or ticket purchases are not refundable or returnable.
