Employment Assistance Services (EAS)

Chaya Mushka Seminary at the Ben Weider Educational Centre offers Employment Assistance Services (EAS) to members of Quebec’s English-speaking community. These services are made possible through funding from the Government of Canada’s Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) program.

Our Employment Assistance Services help individuals prepare for, find, and keep meaningful employment. Services are offered at no cost and include:

  • Employment counselling: one-on-one guidance to identify your goals, strengths, and career direction.
  • Job search support: help with resume writing, cover letters, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Skills development: workshops and training to build the skills employers are looking for.
  • Information and referrals: connections to community resources, training programs, and employment opportunities.
  • Ongoing support: assistance maintaining employment and navigating the workplace.

These services are available to eligible members of the English-speaking community in the Montreal area.
